Flexible schedule

At Tilting the Lens, we have some core hours for daily meetings, but outside of this, we understand that people work best at different times of the day. As part of the recruitment process, the days and hours for roles will be discussed at the interview stage and agreed with the selected candidates. You may indicate your preferred work pattern or availability when you apply for open roles.

Locations

We are a remote team, currently working from four different countries in Europe. To facilitate collaborative working hours, we currently prefer to hire within a European time zone, but are open to applicants outside of Europe.

Research Hub Opportunities

We have created a global database of Disabled people who are experts in their own lived experience. This allows us to carry out research and co-design efficiently and effectively. We believe in the power of diverse, intersectional perspectives to drive meaningful change, and position those with lived experience at the heart of decision-making.

Your participation is always optional and research is paid. As a member of the research hub you will receive invitations to participate in various projects, including surveys, focus groups, user testing, and one-to-one interviews.
