Ade Rawcliffe

Ade Rawcliffe, Chief People and Inclusion Officer at ITV

Ade Rawcliffe is the Chief People & Inclusion Officer at ITV, where she leads the Group Human Resources, Workplace Services and Global Risk Operations teams, including Duty of Care, as well as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team.

Ade has over 20 years of experience in the television industry. She started her career in production, working on shows such as Big Brother, The Big Breakfast, and This Morning.

She then moved into diversity and inclusion, leading the Creative Diversity team at Channel 4 and spearheading the delivery of their 360 Degree Diversity Charter.

In 2017, Ade joined ITV as the Head of Diversity Commissioning. She was subsequently promoted to Director of Creative Diversity and then Chief People Officer.

Under Ade’s leadership, ITV has made significant progress in its diversity and inclusion efforts. The company has launched an £80 million Diversity Commissioning Fund, created almost 200 opportunities through Step Up 60, and launched new inclusive internal talent development initiatives like the leadership programme Amplify and Amplify 2.0.

Ade is a Trustee of the of Chineke! and BAFTA, where she Chairs their Learning, Inclusion, and Talent committee. She is also a founding board member of Times Up UK.

Bella Roberts, Content Creator
